The hot-air automatic welding machine for attaching reinforcement tapes on truck tarpaulins.
- The FORPLAST automatic reinforcement welding machine can be used to weld 100, 125 or 150 mm wide reinforcement strips onto truck tarpaulins.
- The device’s double nozzle welds the bow strips on both sides 15 to 20 mm, depending on the width of the reinforcement strip. The welding unit’s full heat output of 4000 W 230 V AC is used at a welding speed of 4 to 5 m/minute.
- During the welding process, the device compensates for slight unevenness of the underground. The design of the articulated swinging roller results in firm pressure on the reinforcement strip.
