FORPLAST® automatic overlap welding machine
The strong and rugged automatic overlap welding machine for welding heavy synthetic tarpaulins and roof sheeting.
- The automatic hot air welding machine FORPLAST is equipped with a strong drive motor and a very compact casing, which makes it suitable for heavy tarpaulins and foils. In case of an uneven underground, the three-point support ensures that even roof covering can be reliably applied.
- The heat output of 3500 W 230 V or optionally 4000 W 230 V AC is infinitely variable up to 700°C and in combination with the infinitely variable speed adjustment permits an accurate adjustment to the respective material to be welded.
- The holding-down device on the side of the machine casing prevents the tarpaulins from warping.
- The device starts automatically after the weld head has been swivelled in and produces 45 mm wide overlap seams.
- Its compact housing makes the automatic welding machine FORPLAST® suitable for heavy tarpaulins, foils and roof coverings.
